故障振动诊断技术在机车状态修中的应用
Application of vibration diagnosis techniques of failure in the status maintenance of locomotive
【摘要】 简述了内燃机车状态修的现状及其发展前景,着重介绍了适于状态修的故障振动诊断技术研究现状,论述了机车故障特点和诊断原理,对故障信号处理技术、模式识别技术及人工智能专家系统的应用作了评述,并对现代故障振动诊断技术在机车状态修中的应用作了展望
【Abstract】 The current situation and development prospect of the status maintenance of diesel locomotive, especially on the failure vibration diagnosis technology, the features and diagnosis principle of locomotive failures, mainly on signal processing, pattern recognition and artificial intelligence expert system, and the application prospects of modern technology of failure vibration diagnosis in the status maintenance of locomotive were presented.
