【Abstract】 There are many settle accounts patterns in international trade,such as Open Account, Documentary Letter of Credit, Standby Letter of Credit, Letter of Guarantee, International Factoring, etc. By analysing the positive and negative influence of these settle accounts patterns,I conclude that the new synthetical accounts pattern which combines Open Account with Standby Letter og Credit is attractive to both sellers and buyers, the new settle accounts pattern will be used widely during the coming decade.更多还原
