高强超耐磨浇注料的研制与使用
Development and application of castable with high strength and ultra abradability
【摘要】 研究了骨料、基质、结合剂等对Al2 O3-CaO -Fe2 O3浇注料的常温耐压强度、常温磨损量等性能的影响。结果表明 :以Al2 O3-CaO -Fe2 O3合成料为原料、高铝水泥为结合剂 ,加入适量超微粉而研制出的Al2 O3-CaO -Fe2 O3浇注料强度高 ,耐磨性好 ,在循环流化床发电锅炉上使用效果较好。
【Abstract】 Effect of aggregates, matrix and binder on properties of cold crushing strength, abrasion amount at room temperature, etc of the castable was studied. The castable developed using Al 2O 3-CaO-Fe 2O 3 clinker as starting materials, high alumina cement as binder and adding suitable amount ultrafine has high strength and good abradability.Good results have gained using in circulating fluid bed power boiler.
