【Abstract】 The influence of doped ZrSiO 4 on the strength and oxidation resistance of Si 3N 4bonded SiC products was studied and the influence mechanism was analyzed. The result shows that ZrSiO 4 can greatly improve the oxidation resistance of Si 3N 4 bonded SiC, and increase the strength a little.更多还原
