【摘要】 目的　进一步提高临床医生对Glaen静脉血栓的认识。方法　收集 1989年 3月至 1999年 10月住院病人 13例 ,其中男 5例 ,女 8例 ,年龄 2 0～ 48岁 ,平均 36岁。分析了本病的临床、影像学特点及低分子肝素治疗的疗效。结果　治愈 8例 ,死亡 5例 (4例在应用抗凝药之前 )。结论　根据临床及影像特点可早期诊断本病 ;及早应用抗凝治疗 ,可降低本病的死亡率及致残率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the knowledge about disease of Galen’s vein thrombosis.Methods Thirteen hospitalized cases of Galen’s vein thrombosis were collected from 1989 to 1999,including five males and eight females whose ages ranged from 20 to 48 years (the average age was 35.7).The clinical and imaging features of Galen’s vein thrombosis and the therapeutic effectiveness of low molecular heparin treatment were analyzed.Results Eight cases were improved and cured,5 cases died (4 cases died before the treatment with anticoagulant).Conclusion According to the clinical and imaging features,early diagnosis of this disease can be made and early treatment with low molecular heparin can decrease the mortality and disability rate.更多还原
