【摘要】 观察胺碘酮对室性心律失常患者QT离散度的影响。方法　 40 0例室性心律失常患者应用口服或静脉注射胺碘酮治疗 ,其中 18例持续性室性心动过速患者静脉应用胺碘酮治疗 ,负荷量为 2 4h总量 90 0～ 15 0 0mg ,同时口服胺碘酮 6 0 0mg d。 382例频发室早伴或不伴短阵室速的患者口服胺碘酮治疗 ,负荷量为第 1周 6 0 0mg d ,并根据病情逐渐减量。结果　 40 0例室性心律失常患者应用胺碘酮治疗均有效 ,并发现该药能减少QT离散度 ,未见严重毒副作用。结论　胺碘酮治疗室性心律失常安全有效 ,能影响患者的QT离散度 ,且能减少室颤的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of amiodarone on QT dispersion in patients with ventricular arrhythmias.Methods 400 patients with ventricular arrhythmias were treated with oral or intravenous amiodarone.Of them,18 cases with ventricular tachycardias were treated with intravenous amiodarone.Loading dose of amiodarone 900～1?500 mg iv and oral 600 mg was given daily.382 cases of frequent premature ventricular beats with or without paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia were managed with oral amiodarone therapy.Loading dose was amiodarone 600 mg daily for the first week.Based on the symptom of the disease,the dose could be lowered gradually.Results Amiodarone is effective in treatment of 400 patients with ventricular arrhythmia.It was discovered that amiodarone induced QT dispersion.No patient had significant adverse effects during the period of using amiodarone.Conclusions Amiodarone can be used safely and effectively in patients with ventricular arrhythmias.It can influence QT dispersion and reduce occurrence of ventricular fibrillation.更多还原
