【摘要】 探讨老年人的左心房功能变化及其与脑梗死发生的关系。方法　采用超声心动图观察正常青年组(16名 )、正常老年组 (18名 )及老年脑梗死组 (2 7例 )的左心房功能 ,并将其与脑梗死的发生进行多元回归分析。结果　正常老年组与青年组比较 ,心房内径、压力、储存容积、储存分数增加及被动排空容积下降。脑梗死组与青年组比较 ,上述变化趋势显著 ,其中左房内径和压力与脑梗死的发生相关。结论　正常人中老年组较青年组左房扩大 ,心房内压力和储存功能增加 ,心房内血流速度及被动排空功能下降。左房内径扩大和压力升高为脑梗死发生的独立相关因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of left atrial function in aged group and the relation of this change to cerebral infarction.Methods Transthoarocic echocardiography was used to observe the left atrial function in healthy youngers,healthy old persons and aged cerebral infarction group.T test,correlate analysis between age and left atrial function,and logistic regression were utilized.Results The inside diameter,pressure and reserve volume of left atrium were increased,while peak flow velocity inside the atrium and the passive empty volume were reduced in healthy old people as compared with youngers.The tendency of this change was stronger in aged cerebral infarction group.The left atrial diameter and pressure were correlated with the occurrence of cerebral infarction.Conclusions In normal people,with the increase of age,left atrium size,pressure and reserve function increase,and the passive empty function is reduced in aged people.The left atrial diameter and pressure can be used as correlation factor of cerebral infarction.更多还原
