【摘要】 利用全光自动喷雾扦插育苗装置 ,采用ABT生根粉及吲哚丁酸处理插穗 ,进行银杏、紫柳、色赤杨 3个绿化树种半木质化嫩枝扦插试验 ,结果表明 ,各树种生根率分别为 :银杏 95%、紫柳35%、色赤杨 2 9%。为加快绿化树种的良种繁育步伐 ,降低育苗成本 ,提供了切实可行的无性繁殖方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using full-light automatic spray equipment, experiments of cuttings of semi-lignification tender branches of 3 greening tree species-Ginkgo biloba, Salix purpurea and Alnus tinctoria were carried out .The results showed that: the rhizoge- nic rate of each tree species was Ginkgo biloba 95%, Salix purpurea 35% and Alnus tinctoria 29% ,respectively. New feasible clonal breeding methods were offered to further quicken the pace of breeding of improved varieties of greening tree species and reduce the cost of seedling cultivation更多还原
