异丁酰氯的合成
Synthesis of Isobutyryl Chloride
【摘要】 研究了以异丁酸和氯化亚砜为原料合成异丁酰氯的工艺过程 ,得出了最佳反应条件为 :氯化亚砜与异丁酸的配比为 1.2∶1,反应温度为 80℃ ,反应时间为 45min。三氯化磷的适当配入 ,可使异丁酰氯产率进一步提高 ,可达 84.5 %。
【Abstract】 Isobutyric acid and thionyl chloride were used as raw materials to synthesize isobutyryl chloride. The optimum reaction conditions were determined. The results showed that the yield had obvious advantage to addition of phosphorus trichloride.
