【摘要】 制备一系列组成不同的聚酰胺树脂醇溶液 ,考察各种因素对其凝胶时间的影响 ,得出 :采用不同溶剂合成的溶液 ,凝胶时间都随溶质浓度的增大而缩短 ;加入不同抗凝胶剂 ,可以延长凝胶时间 ;在合成过程中 ,提高反应温度 ,增加搅拌速度 ,会使溶液的凝胶时间缩短。另外 ,测定了所制备产物的粘度 ,发现溶液粘度随浓度的增大而增大 ,并随温度的升高而降低。对合成产品做为金属防腐涂料进行实验 ,证明其具有良好的耐酸、耐碱、耐盐、耐油等性能 ,涂层附着力强 ,具有一定的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 A series of polyamide resin alcohol solution of different composition were prepared. The effect of gelation time by different factor was inspected. Gelation time of the solution by different solvent was cut short by increasing concentration of the solute and gelation time of the solution was prolonged by putting the different gelation resistance agent in it. Gelation time of the solution was cut short by raising temperature of the reaction and speeding up the stir. In addition, viscosity of the products was determined. Viscosity of the solution was raised by raising the concentration and viscosity of the solution was dropped by raising temperature of the reaction. The experiment of product as metal anticorrosive paint were proved to show that it was acidproof, alkaliproof, saltproof, oilproof etc. it was a strong adhesion of the coating.
