体心立方Fe-17Cr合金晶界的原子探针分析
Atom-probe Analysis of the Grain Boundary of Body centered Cubic Fe-17Cr Alloy
【摘要】 通过原子探针 (AP)对体心立方 Fe- 17Cr合金的深度分析 ,在原子尺度上获得紧靠晶界 40 nm区域内Cr元素的分布。结果表明敏化 Fe- 17Cr合金在该区域存在贫 Cr区 ,证实了 Fe- Cr合金晶间腐蚀的贫 Cr理论。在距晶界约 30 nm内 ,出现比较平稳的 Cr分布平台 ,并且 Cr浓度低于相同 Cr含量的敏化 Fe- Cr- Ni合金 Cr浓度。
【Abstract】 The depth analysis for body centered cubic Fe-17Cr alloy is made by using atom-probe(AP), with chromium element distribution near the grain boundary in atomic size of 40nm area obtained. The result shows that there is a chromium depleted zone of the sensitized Fe-Cr alloy which conforms the chromiun depletion theory about Fe-Cr alloy inter grain corrosion. There is a stationary Cr distribution platform in 30nm area near the grain boundary and Cr concentration is under that of sensitized Fe-Cr-Ni alloy which has equivalent Cr content.
