【摘要】 介绍了加促进剂的单挂无灰剂的合成工艺 ,并考察了配料比、反应时间、热储存等因素对产品质量及使用性能的影响 ,进而分析了该工艺对原料多烯多五胺及烯酐的适应性 ,并与原无溶剂无促进剂工艺进行比较 ,结果证明加促进剂工艺较原工艺稳定可靠 ,所得小试产品质量好 ,其理化指标及低温分散性与国外同类剂 OL OA- 1 2 0 0相当。

【Abstract】 The synthesis process of mono polyisobutylene succinimide ashless dispersant by using accelerating agent was described in this paper. Many reaction factors such as reactant ratio, reaction time and storange, which affect the product quality and application performance, were also studied and tested. Furthermore, the suitability of the synthesis process to the raw materials such as polyethylene polyamine, succinic anhydride and the synthesis process without solvents and accelerating agents were studied. The comparison of synthesis process with accelerating agent has proved to be more reliable. Thus, laboratory products in high quality can be obtained. Both the physical and the chemical properties, and the dispersity under low temperature are similar to those of OLOA-1200 produced abroad.
