【Abstract】 A new analytical method with the thin-layer resin-phase spectrophotometry for determination of traces phosphorus in strong acidic medium was developed. This method has high sensitivity (ε ₇₀₅=9.7 X 10₅mol/L.cm), it is 11 times as high as the solution spectrophotometry and good accuracy （10μg P was measured for 6 times, RSD=0.83%）. Its linear range is 0.l～l.2μg/ml, which it was obtained by determination of phosphorus in the natural water The method give a recovery percentage of 97%～101%.更多还原
