【Abstract】 In this paper, NKA-2 macroporous resin has been used to treat simulated wastewater containing catechol, at room temperature and 6BV/h flow rate, the catechol content in treated wastewater could achieve the national standard, that is, the content of catechol is lower than 0.5mg/L. The effect of temperature, current velocity and pH value of wastewater on the adsorption ability of resin have also been studied in detail.
