超声波辐射制备羧甲基壳聚糖
PREPARATION OF CARBOXYMETHYL CHITOSAN BY ULTRASONIC RADIATION
【摘要】 应用超声波辐射方法制备水溶性的羧甲基壳聚糖,利用胶体滴定法测定产物中羧基含量,探 讨超声波作用下,反应时间、反应温度及反应物投料比对羧甲基化程度的影响.结果表明,在其 它反应条件相同时,使用超声波辐射比使用机械搅拌提高羧甲基取代程度,反应时间缩短5h.
【Abstract】 By the method of ultrasonic radiation, water solubling carboxymethyl chitosan was preparated. The carboxyl content of modified product was determinated by colloid titration. Discussed the effect of various reaction temperatures, reaction time and various reactant ratios in weight on the degree of substitution. Compared with mehanchurn method, this method has advantages of higher degree of substitution and shorter reaction time (5h).
