高氧超电极在电解法生产氯酸盐中的应用
Application of electrode possessing high overpotential for evolution of oxygen in the production of chlorates by electrolysis
【摘要】 制备了 3种氧化物涂层电极 ,分析了涂层物相组成、涂层形貌 ,测定了电极的电化学性能 ,研究了这些电极在电解法生产氯酸盐中的应用。结果表明 :钌锡锑氧化物涂层电极具有较低析氯电位、较高析氧电位 ,电解NaCl溶液生产NaClO3 具有较高电流效率
【Abstract】 Three kinds of electrodes were prepared.Their phase composition and shape of coating and electrochemical properties were determined.The application of these electrodes were investigated in the electrolysis of aqueous solution of the sodium chloride for production of chlorates.The results indicate that the electrode (RuSnSb)O x/Ti possess the lower electrode potential for evolution of chlorine,the higher electrode potential for evolution of oxygen,and higher current efficiency in the electrolysis of sodium chloride aqueous solution for the production of chlorates.
