【摘要】 目的　探讨心脏记忆现象的临床特征。方法 :40例患者 ,临时、永久性右室起搏 2 5例 ,临时起搏时间 7～ 14天 ,有 6例进行了前瞻性观察 ,观察时间 7天 ;永久起搏器安植时间 1～ 18个月 (平均 9.2 8月 )。体外程控 (非起搏依赖者 )暂时恢复自身节律或间歇出现自身心律时分析 ST- T变化。阵发性室上速(PSVT)伴室内差传 4例 ,预激综合征 (WPW)伴 PSVT3例 ,频繁室早 2例 ,特发性室速 (IVT) 6例 ,药物复律 12例 ,电复律 3例 ,观察复律后 1～ 3周 ST- T变化。结果　右室起搏后之非起搏心律可出现 T波倒置 ,前瞻观察 4～ 2 4hr即可出现 ,2 4～ 48hr内倒置达最大深度。心动过速恢复窦律后 6～ 2 4hr出现 T波倒置 ,2 4～ 72 hr内达最大深度。有 13例 (13/ 40例 )同时表现 ST段下降 ,多呈下斜型 (9/ 13例 ) ,较少量水平型 (4 /13例 ) ,下移深度 0 .0 5～ 0 .2 mm。结论　心脏记忆现象是一段时间的异位激动恢复窦性心律后出现的暂时性 T波或 ST- T改变 ,为基于心肌的一种生理特性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study clinical character of patients with phenomenon of cardiac memory.Methods To investigate the ST-T changes on electrocardiogram(ECG)in 40 patients,of whom 25 patients were of temporary and permanent right ventricular pacing after converted into autonomous rhythm,4 patients of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT)and 3 patients of Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrom(WPW) complicated with PSVT and 2 patients of frequent premature ventricular complex and 6 patients of idiopathic ventricular tachycardia(IVT) after resumens sinus rhythm.Results After the right ventricular pacing,non-pacing rhythm were formed to have T wave inversion within 4-24 hours.After 6-24 hours tachycardia resumed sinus rhythm,T wave inversion was also detected.Some cases were accompanied with ST segment depression.Conclusion Phenomenon of cardiac memory refers to electrophysiological character which has transient ST-T changes on ECG that follow resumption of sinus rhythm after a period of altered activation sequent.更多还原
