【摘要】 目的　研究导管射频消融术 (RFCA)对特发性室性心动过速速 (IVT)患者 QT、JT离散度(QTd、JTd)的影响。方法　测量 15例 IVT患者 RFCA术前、术后的 QTd、JTd。结果　 IVT患者 RFCA术前、术后 QTd、JTd均无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论　 RFCA不影响 IVT患者心室肌复极离散度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study was to investigate the influence of radiofreguency catheter ablation(RFCA) on QT and JT dispersions in patients with the idiopathic ventricular tachycardia(IVT).Method QT and JT dispersions were measured in 15 patients with IVT before and after RFCA.Results QT and JT dispersions had no significant differece before and after RFCA in patients with IVT( P >0 05) Conclusion RFCA may not effect the dispersion of ventricular repolarization in patients with IVT.更多还原
