【摘要】 目的比较直肠癌术后放射治疗的两种不同方法，提高放射治疗病人的生存质量。方法两组直肠癌术后病人应用不同照射方法，随访观察放疗后病人的不良反应。结果放射治疗后半成应用水平照射比膝胸位照射治疗结束后，病人的不良反应明显减少。结果放射治疗后半程应用水平照射较膝胸位照射有显著的优越性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the postoperative radiotherapy in cases with rectum carcinoma so as to raise the life quality for the patients. Methods The rectum carcinoma cases were divided at random into two groups and treated with different dosage of radiation so as to reveal the therapeutic effect and side effect. Results The horizontal radiation in the later stage of the radiation was better than the thoracic and knee position radiation with less side effects. Conclusion In the later stage of the radiotherapy, horizontal radiation position should be take so as to lower the side effects.更多还原
