【摘要】 目的探讨白癜风治疗的有效方法。方法对38例患者使用中药白癜风冲剂配合自体表皮移植治疗。结果取得了97.18 %的总有效率 (成活率 ) ,明显高于单纯自体表皮移植对照组 (P<0.01) ,且色素在1月内恢复明显高于对照组 (P<0.01)。部分患者进行1～2年的随访 ,少数皮片的色素有消退趋势 ,但治疗组要好于对照组。结论该法是目前治疗白癜风较为理想的一种局部外治方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapy for treating vitiligo. Methods 38 vitiligo cases were treated with TCM recipe combined with epidermis transplant. Results The total effective rate was 97.18% (survival rate), which was better than that treated only with epidermis transplant (P<0.01). After one to two years of follow-up, the pigmentation was decreasing , especially in the combined group. Conclusion TCM recipe combined with epidermis transplant was an effective therapy in treating vitiligo.更多还原
