【摘要】 目的介绍一种乳癌根治术皮肤切口及皮瓣分离方法。方法对８５例横梭形切口乳癌根治术进行分析。结果全组病例切口Ｉ期愈合８５％，皮瓣部分坏死 １５％，皮下积液２２％。７８例获随访３个月～４年，未见复发。结论该术式皮肤张力低，切口愈合良好，腋窝淋巴清扫满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 To introduce a new method of skin incision and separation in mastectomy. Methods 85 mastectomy cases were analyzed so as to explore the best way of the skin incision and separation. Results 85% cases had primary healing while 15% cases had flap necrosis and 22% cases had subcutaneous hydrops. No recurrence was observed in the whole cases after 3months to 4 years of follow - up. Conclusion The new incision and separation method was effective in reducing the incision tension with quicker healing and satisfactory axillary lymph nodes dissections.更多还原
