【摘要】 目的为了提高对胰腺损伤的诊治水平。方法回顾性总结了我院１９８４年ｌ月一１９９９年Ｉ月收治胰腺损伤１８例，按ｌｕｃａｓ分级标准，Ｉ级８例，Ⅱ级６例，Ⅲ级２例，Ⅳ级２例。结果发现术前诊断为胰腺损伤的仅６例，占３３．３％。术后死亡５例，病死率为２７．８％。结论对胰腺损伤的早期诊断、早期治疗可降低其并发症及病死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 To improve the outcome of pancreas injury. Methods Retrospective studies were made on 18 pancreas injury cases from Jan. 1984 to Jan. 1999. Classification was made based on Lucas: Grade I: 8 cases; Grade II: 6 cases; Grade III: 2 cases and Grade IV 2 cases. Results only 6 cases were diagnosed as pancreas in injury preoperatively (33. 3% ). 5 pancreas injury cases died with the death rate of 27. 8%. Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment of the pancreas injury could reduce the complications and mortality.更多还原
