【摘要】 目的 在不使用或者有限使用C臂X线监视下应用Richards钉内固定治疗30例股骨粗隆间骨折 ,对本方法的治疗结果进行评估。 方法 30例股骨粗隆间骨折均采用“指触定位”法行Richards钉固定手术。对不稳定型骨折应用“螺钉去压”等方法加强固定牢度。结果 关节功能优良27例。稳定型骨折负重时间为术后1周 ,不稳定骨折为手术后3周。随访5～28月 ,平均愈合时间10周。结论该方法具有操作方便、复位准确、固定可靠、X线伤害小、允许早期负重、功能恢复快、并发症少等优点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the Richards Nailing in treating intertrochanteric fracture .Methods 30 cases of intertrochanteric fracture were fixed internally either with Richards nailing or other methods. Results The weight loading for the stable fracture could be practised after the operation while for the instable fracture, it should began after 3 months after the operation. After the 5-28 months of follow-up, the average healing time was 10 weeks and 27 cases (90%) had satisfactory functional recovery of the hip joint. Conclusion The preset operation technique was simple and had reliable fixation and early weight bearing with fewer complications.更多还原
