【摘要】 １９８７年１月－１９９６年８月为５０例肾细胞癌患者进行了肾癌扩大根治术，其中１８例术前进行了一次性患侧肾动脉注射抗癌药及肾动脉栓塞，２例同时做了腔静脉癌栓摘除术。结果：无手术死亡，２年总存活率为９５％，３年总存活率为８５ ７％，Ⅰ－Ⅱ期效果最佳，除此之外还对术前动脉栓塞及腔静脉癌栓等进行讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 To assess the efficacy of radical nephrectomy in the treatment of renal cell carcinoma. Methods: Fifty patients with renal cell carcinoma underwent radical nephrectony from jan. 1987 to Aug. 1996. Among them, 18 patients received single preoperative intraarterial chemotherapy or chemoembolization, and 2 received concomitant caval cancer cell embolectomy. Results: No operative mortality. The 2 - year survival was 95%; the 3 - year survival was 85. 7%. Conclusion: patients with stage Ⅰ & Ⅱ renal cell carcinoma had best efficacy.更多还原
