家轿后减振器活塞杆旋转弯曲疲劳断裂分析
ROTARY BENDING FATIGUE FRACTURE ANALYSIS OF FAMILY SEDANS REAR SNUBBER PISTON ROD
【摘要】 家轿后减振器活塞杆在进行旋转弯曲疲劳试验时出现早期断裂。通过化学成分、显微组织、力学性能及应力分析 ,并与桑车后减振器活塞杆进行对比试验 ,认为家轿活塞杆早期断裂的主要原因系材料强度不足所致 ;在过渡圆角处进行表面滚压可提高表面强度及压应力 ,以延长活塞杆旋转弯曲疲劳寿命
【Abstract】 The piston rod of family sedans rear snubber fractured during earlier stage of rotary bending fatigue test. By chemical analysis, microstructure examination, mechanical property test and stress analysis, and through comparision with that of Santanas snubber piston rod, it was concluded that materials strength was inadequate to withstand the working stress. Hard rolling at the transitional section could improve the surface hardness and induce compressive residual stress, therefore to extend its rotary bending fatigue life.
