用Kissinger方法测定非晶材料晶化激活能时应注意的问题
A PROBLEM TO BE NOTED FOR APPLICATION OF KISSINGER METHOD
【摘要】 应用 Kissinger方法测定非晶材料晶化激活能时应确保所选温度对应的晶化分数相差不大 ,否则将会引入较大误差。以 Ni Ti非晶薄膜为例对此作了讨论。
【Abstract】 Kissinger method is a convenient method to determine the activation energy of crystallization of amorphous alloys. It should be noted that the fraction of crystallization must be kept constant at certain temperature. Otherwise, it will cause large error. In this article, this point is discussed on the basis of amorphous NiTi films.
