Cr及RE元素对硼化物层脆性的影响
THE EFFECT OF CHROMIUM AND RE ELEMENTS ON THE BRITTLENESS OF THE BORIDE LAYER
【摘要】 对渗硼工艺形成的硼化物层脆性进行了分析 ,认为其剥落脆性是影响硼化物层脆性的主要因素。探讨了 Cr及 RE元素对降低硼化物脆性的机理 ,同时用 EET理论对含 Cr硼化物的价电子结构进行了研究
【Abstract】 Boride layer brittleness was analysed and it was pointed out that spalling brittleness was the main failure mode of boride. Mechanism on boride brittleness improvement by alloying of Cr and RE elements was discussed. Valence electron structure of Cr containing boride was investigated by EET theory.
