金属陶瓷复合材料的显微组织与性能研究
STUDY ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF METAL CERAMIC COMPOSITES
【摘要】 采用液态金属表面浸渗复合方法在铸铁材料表面获得铸铁与 Si O2 复合的金属陶瓷复合层。运用扫描电镜、能谱及波谱仪、X射线衍射、图象分析仪、金相等研究了复合层的界面反应特性及界面的组织形态、结构和性能。结果表明 ,陶瓷颗粒与基体之间的结合为反应结合 ;复合层中 ,陶瓷颗粒弥散、均匀分布。由于陶瓷的强化 ,表层的耐急冷急热性、耐氧化性和显微硬度得到提高
【Abstract】 Cast iron/SiO 2 composite ceramet layer on cast iron surface was obtained by infiltration of molten cast iron into SiO 2 preform. The interface reaction behavior, microstructure appearance, composition and properties of interface of the layer were studied by means of SEM, EDS and WDS, X ray diffraction, image analysis and metallography. The results indicated that bonding between the ceramic particles and matrix was reaction bonding. Distribution of the ceramic particle was dispersive and homogeneous. The surfaces resistance to thermal shock and oxidation and its microhardness were all improved because of the strengthening effect of the ceramics.
