硅钼黄光度法测定沸石分子筛中硅

【摘要】 建立了硅钼黄光度法测定沸石分子筛中硅的方法。在丙醇 -乙醇 - H2 O- HCl体系中 (p H1 .5) ,波长 40 0 nm处测定 ,硅量在 0~ 1 0 .0 μg·ml-1范围内呈良好线性关系。表观摩尔吸光系数ε4 0 0 nm=1 .83× 1 0 3L· mol-1·cm-1。方法已成功地用于沸石分子筛中硅含量测定 ,结果满意

【Abstract】 The formation of the yellow Mo Si heteropoly acid is used as a method for the photometric determination of silicon in zeolite molecular sieves. The reaction between SiO 4- 4 and molybdate ion is carried out in a medium containing ethyl alcohol, acetone, water and HCl at pH 1.5. Beer′s law is obeyed in the range 0~10.0μg·ml -1 . The measurement of the absorbance is carried out at 400nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity at this wavelength is found to be 1.83×10 3L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .
