新试剂(2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯)-3-(4-硝基苯)-三氮烯的合成及其与汞的显色反应研究
STUDY ON THE SYNTHESIS OF THE NEW REAGENT 1-(2,6-DICHLORO-4-NITROPHENYL)-3-(4-NITROPHENYL)-TRIAZENE AND ITS COLOR REACTION WITH MERCURY
【摘要】 合成了新试剂 (2 ,6-二氯 - 4-硝基苯 ) - 3- (4-硝基苯 ) -三氮烯 (DCNPNPT) ,测定了试剂的亚氨基离解常数 p Ka=9.2。在 Triton X- 1 0 0存在下 ,p H 9.8~ 1 1 .0范围内 ,试剂与 Hg2 +形成 1∶ 4黄色型配合物 ,用双波长法测得其表观摩尔吸光系数为 2 .2 7× 1 0 5L·mol-1·cm-1。汞含量在0~ 1 0 μg/2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律 ,用此法测定了天然水和实验室废水中微量汞含量 ,结果满意。
【Abstract】 A study on the synthesis of the new reagent 1 (2,6 dichloro 4 nitrophenyl) 3 (4 nitrophenyl) triazene (DCNPNPT) and its color reaction with Hg(Ⅱ) was reported in this paper. In the presence of Triton X 100 DCNPNPT forms with Hg(Ⅱ) a yellow complex (mol ratio 1∶4) at pH=10.4. The molar absorptivity is found to be 2.27×10 5 by dual wavelength spectrophotometry. Beer′s law is obeyed in the rang of 0~10μg/25ml of Hg(Ⅱ). This method has been used to determine microamounts of Hg(Ⅱ) in water with satisfactory results.
