对乙酰基偶氮胂吸光光度法测定微量铜
ABSORPTIOPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF MICROAMOUNTS OF COPPER WITH p-ACETYLARSENAZO
【摘要】 在 p H 5.0的 (CH2 ) 6N4 - HCl缓冲介质中 ,Cu( )与对乙酰基偶氮胂 (ASAp A)形成 1比 2络合物 ,λmax=598nm,εmax=1 .30× 1 0 4 L· mol-1·cm-1,铜浓度在 0~ 2 .0 mg·L-1范围内遵从比耳定律。方法用于粮食、食品、水、树叶及人发等试样中铜的测定 ,结果满意。
【Abstract】 In a buffer solution of (CH 2) 6N 4 HCl at pH 5.0, copper(Ⅱ) reacts with p acetylarsenazo to form a 1∶2 complex. Its absorption maxima lies at 598nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.30×10 4. Beer′s law is followed over the concentration range of 0~2.0μg·ml -1 for copper (Ⅱ). The method was used in the determination of copper in foods, water, tree leaves, and human hair etc, with satisfactory results.
