Mo(Ⅵ)-5-溴水杨基荧光酮-CTMAB显色反应的研究及应用

【摘要】 研究了新的三元配合物体系 Mo( ) - 5-溴水杨基荧光酮 - CTMAB显色反应的条件 ,最大吸收波长λmax在 52 8nm,试剂λmax在 468nm,对比度为 60 nm,ε52 8=1 .47× 1 0 5L· mol-1· cm-1。钼浓度在 0~ 30 μg/ 2 5ml间服从比耳定律。该体系选择性好 ,方法简便、快速 ,用于测定水样中微量钼 ,结果满意
【Abstract】 The colour reaction of Mo(Ⅵ) with 5 bromo salicylfluorone (5 BrSAF) in the presence of CTMAB was studied in this paper. The complex is formed in strong acid medium. The molar absorptivity is 1.47×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 528nm. Beer′s law is obeyed over the range of 0~30μg/25ml for Mo(Ⅵ). The method proves to be satisfactory for the direct determination of Mo(Ⅵ) in water.
