二甲酚橙光度法测定含氧化稀土铝电解质中的氧化铝
PHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF ALUMINA IN ELECTROLYTES CONTAINING RARE EARTH OXIDES
【摘要】 在 p H3.0~ 3.5的 HOAc- Na OAc缓冲溶液中 ,二甲酚橙浓度较低时 ,二甲酚橙与铝形成稳定的红色络合物 ,络合比为 1∶ 1 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε555=1 .53× 1 0 4 L· mol-1· cm-1,线性范围为 0~ 0 .5μg·ml-1。方法运用于含稀土铝电解质中氧化铝的测定 ,排除稀土干扰 ,结果满意
【Abstract】 In a buffer solution of HOAc NaOAc(pH 3.0~3.5), aluminum(Ⅲ) reacts with xylenol orange in low concentration to form a red complex ( λ max 555nm) with a molar absorptivity of 1.53×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Linear relationship holds over the concentration range of 0~0.5μg of Al 3+ . The proposed method has been applied to the determination of Al 2O 3 in some aluminum electrolyte containing rare earth oxide. The interference of rare earth ion is eliminated by adding EDTA as masking agent. The results obtained are quite satisfactory.
