【Abstract】 The rHPLC determination of seven organic acids in wine is reported in this paper, PT C 18 cartridge was used in the sample preparation. Recoveries and detection limits for these organic acids are found to be in the range of 96%~113% and 20~125ng respectively. μBondapak C 18 column is used as the stationary phase and a solution of (NH 4) 2HPO 4 (5g·L -1 , pH 2.9) is used as the mobile phase. A flow rate of 1ml·min -1 is employed in the determination and the measurements are made at the wavelength 214nm.更多还原
