石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法直接测定发样中铝
DETERMINATION OF ALUMINIUM IN HUMAN HAIR BY GRAPHITE FURNACE ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY
【摘要】 采用涂锆石墨管石墨炉原子吸收分析人发中的铝。其方法的特征量为 3.7× 1 0 -11g,检出限为 2 .52 ng· ml-1,相对标准偏差为 0 .9%~ 4.4%。
【Abstract】 A new GFAAS method for the determination of aluminium(Ⅲ) in human hair using zirconium coated graphite tube is reported in this paper. A detection limit of 2.52ng·ml -1 is obtained. The characteristic mass of the method is 3.7×10 -11 g. The RSD obtained is 0.9%~4.4%.
