【摘要】 在我国司法改革现已提上法治国家的议程 ,改革要坚持独立、公正、高效、廉法、程序公开、公众监督等几项现化法治原则。我国的司法体制的民主、立法、严格执法、法官高品质等方面尚存在问题和差距。关键是体制问题和人的问题 ,可以首先从精简司法人员提高执法者素质入手 ,落实执法责任使程序化和科学化要求进入司法体系 ,让公正、严格成为司法的职业特点更多还原

【Abstract】 Judicial reform is now on the agenda of China’s effort towards a lawgoverning country.The reform should adhere to modern judicial principles of independence,fairness,efficiency,honesty,open procedures and public supervision.At present,there are problems in terms of democracy,legislation,execution and judge qualities which are rooted in the judicial system itself and concerned with unqualified personnel.The first step of the reform should be to streamline judicial staff,improve the quality of the justice executors and delegate them with clarified responsibilities for their duties so that the judicial system is scientifically programmed and fairness and strictness become the symbol for our judicial system.更多还原
