【摘要】 简述 8 0年代以来我国磷铵工业的发展历程。指出磷铵企业应通过产品结构多样化和综合经营摆脱困境、提高竞争力 ,提出磷铵联产饲料级磷酸氢钙的方案 ,并给出了简要的经济评价数据。建 1套 1 0 kt/a饲钙装置需投资 90 0万元 ,而 30 kt/a磷铵装置联产 1 0 kt/a饲钙仅需投资 50 0～ 60 0万元 ;建 1套 40 kt/a饲钙装置需投资 2 50 0万元 ,而 30 kt/a磷铵装置改产 40 kt/a饲钙仅需投入 1 0 0 0万元。用经济数据印证了盐肥结合的必要性和可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The course of AP industry in past 20 years is retrospected. Some comments on adjustment of product structure and diversification are made for the development and promotion of difficult AP enterprises . A product scheme of feedgrade phosphate integrated with ammonium phosphate and brief economic evaluation are also presented. The investment of 10 kt/a FDP plant integrated with 30 kt/a AP is only 5～6 million RMB Yuan, however that of sole FDP plant with same scale is 9 million RMB Yuan; meanwhile the investment of 40 kt/a FDP plant changed from 30 kt/a AP plant is only 10 million RMB Yuan, that of sole FDP plant with same scale is 25 million RMB Yuan. According to above mentioned economic analysis, the conclusion that product scheme of fertilizer integrated with phosphate is necessary and feasible is drawn.更多还原
