湿法磷酸中的硫酸杂质对氨化料浆流变性的影响
The effect of impurity H2SO4 in phosphoric acid on the rheological behavior of ammoniated slurry
【摘要】 用化学试剂配制不含铁的模拟湿法磷酸 ,在其铝、镁、氟杂质浓度固定的条件下 ,改变硫酸杂质的浓度 ,在 50℃下测定其氨化料浆的流变曲线。结果表明 :无铁湿法磷酸的氨化料浆具有宾汉塑性流体的特性 ,其屈服应力受硫酸杂质浓度的影响较大。主要原因与氨化过程中生成的微晶或非晶态水不溶复杂化合物 Mg Al SiNH4 PO4 H2 O有关。
【Abstract】 The effect of impurity H\-2SO\-4 in the simulating wetprocess phosphoric acid(SWPA) on the rheological behavior of the ammoniated slurry was studied. The SWPA was prepared with pure chemical reagents containing Al, Mg, F and varied concentration ( w %) of impurity H\-2SO\-4 (represented by that of SO\-3) but no ferric impurity. By using a rotatingcylinder viscometer, the rheograms of the ammoniated slurry were determined at 50 ℃. It is shown that the rheological behavior of the slurry relates with the insoluble substance MgAlSiNH\-4PO\-4H\-2O in slurry, and conforms to Bingham model( τ=τ\-b+K\-b γ . ), in which the yield stress ( τ\-b ) is strongly influenced by the concentration ( w %) of SO\-3 in the SWPA.
