红芪总皂甙对小鼠免疫功能的增强作用及其与CaM水平的相关性
The RHTS’ Enhancementto the Function of Mouse Immunocytes and Its Relation with Ca M Levels in the Cells
【摘要】 研究了红芪总皂甙 (Radix H edysari total saponins,RHTS)对小鼠的免疫增强作用以及免疫细胞的功能与其胞内钙调素 (Ca M)水平的相关性 .实验结果表明 RHTS能显著提高被环磷酰胺抑制的机体免疫功能 .与环磷酰胺组相比 ,RHTS组的胸腺指数和脾脏指数均显著增加 (P <0 .0 5) ;腹腔巨噬细胞 (MΦ)的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数显著升高 (P <0 .0 5) ;红细胞的免疫粘附作用明显改善 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;胸腺细胞、红细胞和 MΦ等细胞内 Ca M水平和这些细胞的免疫功能有显著相关性 ,提示 Ca2 + - Ca M信号系统可能在免疫细胞活化过程中起重要作用 .
【Abstract】 The enhancement of Radix Hedysari total saponins( RHTS) to immunological func- tion of mice and the relation of the immunocyte s function to the intracellular Ca M levels were studied. The results demonstrated that the RHTS could markedly increase the sup- pressed immunological function of the body by cyclophosphamide( CY) .Compared with CY group,the thymus index and spleen index raised( P <0 .0 5 ) ;the phagocytic index and phagocytic percentage of intraperitoneal macrophages( MΦ ) significantly increased ( P < 0 .0 5 ) ;the red cell immune adherence( RCIA) obviously improved( P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;the intra- cellular Ca M levels of experimental animal s thymus cells,red corpuscles and MΦ had significant correlation with the immunological function of these cells. It was suggested that Ca2 +- Ca M signal system might possibly play an important role in the process of immunocyte activation.
