聚醚多元醇大分子单体与苯乙烯/丙烯腈共聚合反应动力学研究
Kinetic Study on Copolymerization of Polyol Macromer and Styrene/ Acrylonitrile
【摘要】 利用大分子单体法合成了聚合物聚醚多元醇 .测定了各反应条件下乙烯基单体的转化速率和最终产品中微粒大小 .发现聚合反应的动力学规律 ,与以小分子物质为反应介质的分散聚合基本一致 .大分子单体用量、搅拌速率和反应温度均影响乙烯基单体转化速率和微粒大小 .
【Abstract】 The polymer- polyol- dispersions have been synthesized by using free radical copoly- merization of the macromers and styrene/acrylonitrile.The conversion rate of St/AN under various reaction conditions and the radius of particles in the dispersion were measured.It has been found that polymerization kinetics is similar to dispersion polymerization in small molecule media.The conversion rate of St/AN is affected by the additions of macromers and the stir rate and the reaction temperature.
