【摘要】 热处理 (Fe0 .75Sn0 .2 5) C2 O4 · n H2 O可制得单相氮化物γ′- Fe3 Sn N,其中氮化前的氧化过程、热处理温度和 H2 / NH3 气流比是影响产物的 3个关键因素 .此氮化物的晶格参数为 a =0 .38371(5) nm;室温下 57Fe穆斯堡尔谱为顺磁双峰 ,低温下谱中显示出铁磁相

【Abstract】 By X ray diffraction result and M[KG-4] o[DD(-1]¨ ssbauer spectra, the preparation and characterization of γ′ Fe 3SnN were investigated. Studies of its forming conditions showed that the final product was determined by the oxidizing process, the flow rate ratio of NH 3/H 2 and the annealing temperature. The results of XRD indicated that the d spacing of single phase γ′ Fe 3SnN was somewhat larger than that of γ′ Fe 4N. The lattice parameter of this nitride is a=0 383 71(5) nm. The M o[DD(-1]¨ ssbauer measurements of 57 Fe showed that this compound was paramagnetic at room temperature, but at a lower temperature, its magnetic hyperfine structure would turn up in the spectra.
