【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨双酚A对大鼠的胚胎毒性作用。 [方法 ]将交配成功的雌鼠在整个妊娠期每天灌胃染毒。观察双酚A对妊娠雌鼠及胎鼠等的影响。 [结果 ]染毒剂量为每天 2 0mg/kg时 ,胎鼠体重明显下降。随着染毒剂量的增加雄仔鼠体重逐渐降低 ,染毒剂量达每天 2 0 0mg/kg时 ,平均窝仔数明显减少 ,胎鼠身长和尾长也发生显著性的改变。 [结论 ]双酚A具有一定的胚胎毒性作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective] This study is to investigate the embryotoxic effect of bisphenol A in rats.[Methods] The pregnant rats were treated with bisphenol A via gavage at concentrations of 20 or 200mg/kg per day throughout gestation.The general status of dams and fetus was observed.[Results] Exposure to bisphenol A,at a concentration of 20mg/kg per day,resulted in significant reduction in mean body weight of fetus.At a dose of 200mg/kg per day,average litter size,and body and tail length of fetus significantly decreased.[Conclusion] There existed some embryotoxicity of bisphenol A to rats.更多还原
