【Abstract】 To investigate the value of mechinic ventilation (MV) in treating critical athma.Method 57 patients were divided into two groups:The treating group were treated by traditional therapies combined with MV;The observation group were treated only by traditional therapies.Compare the patients′ symptoms、signs、respiratory rate (RR) and blood gas analysis (BGA) of the two group.The treating group had a better improvement than the observation groups in symptoms、signs、RR and BGA ( P <0 01).MV should be used endly when critical athma patient had no improvement although traditional therapies had been conducted.更多还原
