【Abstract】 Frequently gathering a crowd by peasants shows that a rural society is already in disorder Gathering a crowd by peasants in the period of social form transformation is characterized by multiple tiers but low quality of the main body;profit oriented motivation;partly directing the spearhead at the basic level administration and partial lawfulness but disorder of the operative modes ,which result from peasants group identity of the deprivation of their own rigths and interests but low degree acceptance of the sense of their dominant role in society and the weakening of state administration under the conditions of market oriented economy.更多还原
