【摘要】 目的 :观察在刀豆素 A( Con A)刺激下 ,枸杞子、白术、细辛、苍耳子对外周血淋巴细胞表面的白细胞介素 - 2 ( IL- 2 )受体表达的影响。方法 :采用自愿献血者外周血 ,肝素抗凝 ,分离人外周血淋巴细胞 ,配制所需细胞浓度 10 6 /m l。 4种中药为水煎剂 ,对照组用 RPMI- 16 40培养液。在 Con A刺激下观察中药对 IL- 2受体的表达。结果 :枸杞子、白术能明显增强 IL- 2受体的表达 ;而细辛、苍耳子对 IL- 2受体的表达则有明显的抑制作用 ,这种抑制作用并非药物的细胞毒作用。结论 :4味中药对机体具有一定的免疫调节作用更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe effects of Fructus lycill. Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, Herba asari and Fructus xanthii on expression of interleukin2 (IL2) receptor on the surface of human peripheral hemolymphocyte stimulated by concanavalin A (Con A). METHODS: A cell concentration (106/ml) was prepared by using volunteers’ peripheral blood anticoagulated with heparin. RESULTS: It was found that Fructus lycill and Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae showed remarkable enhancing effects on the expression of IL2 receptor. But Herba assari and Fructus xanthii had significant effects to inhibit the expression of IL2 receptor which proved not to be cytotoxic effect of the drugs. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that 4 Chinese crude drugs have immunoregulatory effects on immunologic functions.更多还原
