【摘要】 目的:观察热疗结合顺铂(DDP)治疗癌性胸水的疗效。方法:55例癌性胸水患者随机分成两组,治疗组25例DDP胸腔内注入加热疗;对照组单用DDP胸腔内注入。结果:胸水控制有效率治疗组为88.0％,对照组为60.0％,毒副作用相似。结论:热疗+DDP胸腔化疗有协同作用,能有效提高胸水控制率,改善患者生存质量,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of cisplatin (DDP) plus hyperthermotherapy in the treatment of pleural effusion from malignant neoplams.Methods: Fifty - five cancer patients with pleural effusion were divided into two groups. Group A (25 cas-es) were treated with DDP injected into thoracic cavity plus hyperthermotherapy. Group B (30 casas) were treated with DDP into thoracic cavity alone. Results: The efficacy of control pleural effusion of Group A:88.0% , and Group B: 60.0% (P<0.05) respec-tively. These were no difference between two groups in toxity. Conclusions: The combination use of hyperthermotherapy and DDP shows evidence of synergitic and additional effect. It can improve the patients’ life quality. It is worth while further studying.更多还原
