【摘要】 目的　探讨激光进一步应用于视网膜脱离术后一些复杂裂孔的光凝治疗。方法　对 43例 43眼视网膜脱离术后特殊复杂性裂孔行光凝治疗。结果　 34眼 (79.1% )裂孔封闭 ,脱离视网膜复位。结论　在视网膜脱离的治疗中 ,进一步地应用激光光凝 ,能提高视网膜脱离复位手术的成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the further applying of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of some special retinal tears after retinal detachment surgery.Methods Laser photocoagulation was performed in a series of 43 cases (43 eyes) that had unhealed retinal tears in special situation after surgery.Result Among 43eyes,34eyes (79.1%) retinal tears had been healed and the retinas reattached.Conclusion The further applying of laser photocoagulation is helpful in the treatment of retinal detachment.更多还原
