【摘要】 目的　探讨深低温长期保存角膜在临床角膜移植术中的应用价值。方法　应用深低温保存 2 0天～48(平均 2 3± 12 .6 )个月的角膜 42例 (4 3眼 )穿透性角膜移植术和 4例 (4眼 )板层角膜移植术。结果　术后随访 2～30 (平均 6 .6± 3.8)个月 ,角膜植片透明率 81.2 5 % ,视力显著提高。结论　深低温长期保存角膜具有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of keratoplasties with long-term cryopreserved corneas.Methods The donor corneas of 42 cases (43 eyes) to undergo penetrating keratoplasty and 4 cases (4 eyes) to undergo lamellar keratoplasty were cryopreserved for 20 days to 48 (averaging 23±12.6) months.Results After 2 to 30 (averaging 6.6±3.8) months follow-up,81.25% of the corneal grafts remained clear,and most of 48 eyes had their visual acuity improved significantly.Conclusion Corneal transplantation with long term cryopreserved corneas was useful.更多还原
