【摘要】 目的 探讨组胺Ｈ１受体拮抗剂联合治疗春季卡他性角结膜炎的疗效。方法　口服仙特敏片，外滴０．１％苯海拉明眼液治疗患者３０例，其中睑结膜型１６例，混合型７例，角膜缘型６例，角膜溃疡１例。结果２个疗程痊愈者１８例，占６０％，４个疗程者８例，占２７％，４个疗程以上者４例，占１３％。总治愈率９３％。结论联合用药治疗春季卡他性角结膜炎疗效较好，作用迅速．易接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment of vernal catarrhal keratoconjunctivitis by H1 -- receptor blaking drugs. Methods Thirty patients received the combinative drugs with internal and external therapy. Among all patients,conjunctivitis 16 cases,combirative conjunctivitis 7 cases,keralo--conjunctivitis 6 cases and cornea ulcer 1 case. Result The relief was significantly shorter and total effective rate was 93%. 18 cases,with 2 carses therapy (60 % ). 8 cases with 4 carses therapy (27 % ) and 4 cases with more than 4 marses therapy(13 % ). Conclusion The combinative therapy has better of feet in vernal catarrhal kera-conjunctivitis. The therapy process is low stimulative and accep table.更多还原
