【摘要】 目的：探讨ＭＯＦⅢ方案加服中药扶正抗癌汤治疗晚期食管癌、贲门癌的疗效。方法：总结了１９８３年３月～１９９７年５月对不宜手术或放射治疗的６４例晚期食管癌、贲门癌的治疗，并随访、分析。结果：６４例病人中，完全缓解７例，部分缓解２４例，总有效率为４８％；稳定２８例，为４４％；恶化５例，为８％。截止随访结束，治疗后平均生存时间为１１．５个月。结论：ＭＯＦⅢ方案加服中药扶正抗癌汤提高抗癌效果，不良反应少，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the effect of MOFⅢ regimen plus Chinese medicine - Fuzhengkangaitang (FZKAT) in the treatment of late - stage esophageal and gastric cardia carcinomas. Methods: 64 cases of late - stage esophageal and gastric cardia carcinomas unsuitable for surgical or radiological treatment, from March, 1983 to May, 1997, were reviewed retrospectively. Results: Results showed that 7 cases were of complete remission (CR), 24 cases of partial remission (PR), and total effective rate (CR + PR) was 48 %. 28 cases were of no change (NC), and 5 cases (8%) were of progressive disease (PD). By the end of the follow - up, the mean survival period after treatment was 11. 5 months. Conclusion: MOF Ⅲ regimen plus FZKAT could improve the curative effect of late - stage esophageal and gastric cardia carcinoma and has less side - effects.更多还原
